They facilitated the application process, really guided throughout the process and explained what was to come in the interviews- no surprises at all. Had 3 case interviews on the same day, all interviewers were nice, encouraging and had a collaborative approach. Expected it to be very uncomfortable and stressful, but was quite the opposite. That said, thorough preparation for the case interviews is encouraged from the beginning, expected by them, and very much needed! But these expectations were clear from the beginning.

The case-style discussions and situational questions gave a good sense of real project work. Overall, it felt like a fair and professional process, with a good balance between technical understanding and consulting skills, leaving a strong impression of the company’s work culture.
