Applied online, got a screener interview with HR where she asked generic questions such as visa status, nationality, why I applied etc. She mentioned the salary (44.000€), lower than what I had requested but went along with the process. Got another interview with a team lead which was quite relaxed. Got invited to the third and final round for which I had to prepare a presentation and do an excel test (which I find excessive given the low pay). Presented my results and got asked the same questions as interviews 1 and 2. This tells me that there isn't a lot of communication. Got an automated rejection from the system, not even HR, one week after. The email said thanks for your interest, the position has been filled. No feedback, no human-written email, nothing. After three interview rounds, a presentation, and an excel test, I would expect more appreciation for my time. I reached out for some feedback, but they couldn't be bothered.

The interview was in 3 stages. A first call from HR, followed by a call from the hiring manager, and then a task was sent(Mainly Excel with some SQL). A final interview to present the result of the task was the final stage.
