Very easy. Laid back interviewer. Was very eager for me to start working with Station Casinos. They had a very nice "Celebration Day" for all new team members which made me feel valuable.

No confirmation of any kind after hanging up from a one minute conversation confirming when I could meet for an interview. Not sure how they run their department, but just that made me think there is no way management at the casinos are any better.
Checking in for the interview encountered someone at front desk/security who didn't have my name and made me seem like I was an idiot because I didnt remember the women who called me to schedule me. I was able to call back the number who I spoke to and confirm who I was meeting with, which was helpful since the front desk receptionist/security wasnt going to be any help. I told him he was "kinda rude" after he asked me "what was wrong" he became hostile and told literally screamed "We can end this now" multiple times. I apologized immediately because he took a simple comment I made directly and escalated real quick. He started to stand up like he was going to do something. After I apologized he said "Don't give me attitude" and "Go sitdown and be quiet". I did go sit down, didn't say another word. His ridiculous behavior proved my comment to him. He was rude, but not just kinda. Though I did wish there was someone else in the lobby to witness this, it was all pretty laughable and just another bad impression about how they run their operation.
Only continued since I was already checked in and was curious what the interview would be like given how bad it had gone already.
Couldn't believe while sitting down quietly waiting for my interview someone else from HR called my phone and left a message about setting up an interview... I was definitely staying to see how all this went.
Once I got into the interview the interviewer was nice, but it was a superficial interview. It's one of those where they ask if "you had any superpower what would it be?" She couldn't even answer how many employees Station Casinos had and seemed very happy to not have to work the upcoming weekend and deal with the new Durango casino opening soon.
Keep in mind they will make employees start off at their lower tiered hotels and say it can take 2 years to get to their premium properties like Red Rock. While it's nice there is no union and their benefits seem good, you know most people leave for better employers.
Ultimately, I interviewed like I wanted the job still and was offered something on the spot.
I never talked to them since that day.
I am thankful that's how it went. Too many red flags about this organization that says they Love Locals.
I believe they tried calling me after that day, no less because I am sure that front desk/security said something, but there was no way I was speaking with anyone at that organization.
