Entrevista
Initial HR call, followed by call with VP who discussed resume and previous work experience. Then Take home assignment, usually a PR + feature addition.
Then interviews with senior devs on basic tech questions + take home review. Basically a long process

Entrevista
Interviewed at Statflo in Feb 2026. Went through 5 rounds of interview including screening, Hiring Manager, Technical Assessment, Technical Round and also finally the Cultural round. The interviews were smooth and small but I felt like my answers were correct as the interviewers approved of them. Was surprised to see a reject after 3 weeks of interviews and assessments, so it did not leave a good taste
