Applied online and created a workday account to check status of application. Close to three weeks after the application I was sent a link to answer two interview questions via video. About two weeks after that I received an email to schedule and in person interview with the hiring manager, for the following week. They ask you arrive 15 minutes before your scheduled time and they give you a list of questions that will be asked during the interview. The interview itself was very straight forward, I was able to use my written responses and the hiring team was very friendly. It felt like I was having a conversation rather than being drilled by questions.
