There were two rounds of interviews. After the first round of interviews they edited the list and sent invitations for a second and final interview. I made the second interview which wasn't scheduled until several weeks later. Both interviews were panel interviews. The interviewers asked questions from a prepared list. The questions were fairly typical, why would you be a good fit? How would you handle certain situations? After the second interview it was another several weeks before I got the standard - you haven't been selected - email.
