Formal, Very comfortable. Mostly behavioral questions. They won't look at you but they take notes what ever you say. They expect you give them the real time past project experience

Straight forward process. Need to pay attention to detail. Need to have paperwork / application filled out properly. Always follow up with Human Resource after applying. Good idea to keep track of your job applications personally.

Total of 2 interviews, first one with panel and the second one was with the team. I feel the structure was good and organized. The hiring manger explained the process well. Overall, Good interview experience.
