I was given a 30 minute phone interview at a time of my choosing, he ended up calling earlier than expected which was surprising but fine. Lasted exactly 30 minutes and asked mostly fit interview questions. Walked though my resume and explained some situations, he asked a quick question about balencing balls and I asked a couple questions. Very friendly, interesting interview.
