Assessment on basic knowledge for financial analysis, HR interview on private equity and derivatives, and then business interview on soft skills and interpersonal skillets. The interview is not hard but require some basic knowledge.

Two Rounds of interviews, one with two senior management and other with direct managers. Basic questions such as resume run through and strengths and weaknesses. Another question was about the level of interest and knowledge of how Private Equity funds operate. The interview with the direct managers was more laid back, mostly want to see if you can work with them day in and day out, testing your personality. Also a big part was to see how coachable you are.
