Phone interview then on site. Very relaxed and casual interviews. Just be confident and prepared. They don't ask any questions outside of behavioral so just have about 5 or 6 situations to pull from. I suggest to look at the interview questions on here and the 100 behavioral questions on monster. If you do that you'll be more than prepared.

I met with a recruiter at a career fair prior to the interview in order to get the interview. The interview itself mostly consisted of simple questions such as experiences where you've been a leader, worked with teams, overcome a challenge, etc. Also they asked why I wanted to work at State Street. Overall, not a difficult interview.
