Entrevista
The first phase consisted of a phone call with a person from India - the sound quality was poor which made the conversation rather unpleasant. Then there was an actual interview with 2 managers - long but a positive discussion with typical questions about educational background, previous experience, and methods of dealing with difficult situations, but also more technical aspects regarding types of financial instruments, securities valuation, and risk metrics (mostly VaR).

Very good conversation. I really liked it. Prefer to anyone who want to join. Very nice interviewer. Asked me abiut my hobbys and why i want to join them. Asked me also some question from the finance area.
