The interview process started off with a call with a HR rep. There are other rounds to the interview process as well. The process took place during the spring months.

I had phone call with HR. The call was from another country and it was very poor connection. I even couldn't hear the questions. Every time I had to ask to repeat the question. It was really awful. I see also from other comments, that it's usual problem for this company. If there is such a connection problem, they could connect on skype, zoom etc. After 15 min phone call, we finished our discussion. Then just 2 min after again she called me and said that actually she has some additional questions that she forgot to ask. What a professional!!! Then she said that for the next interview with hiring manager she will connect with me to arrange time. The same day I got email from her, she asked me some documents and I sent to her immediately. Then nothing.... Why to ask the additional documents if you don't want to continue with me? After all of this for me they are in the black list. I can't imagine how they are working in this company.
