Entrevista
I first started with a phone interview with an human resources representative whom was very nice and informative. After speaking with her, she scheduled me for an in-person interview. When I got there, it was somewhat of a group interview in that there was a group of candidates much like myself. We viewed a presentation, and proceed to have 2 interviews with senior members of the team. To move forward you had to be recommended for hire by both managers.
