Interview went quickly, HR was very helpful. I applied online and received a phone call to schedule an interview within a week. The interview went smoothly and you do not need to have a lot of experience in order to be hired, so be yourself and be confident.

Asked about your personality and what attributes you would look for, along with some anecdotal examples.
Straightforward, interviewers were nice and typically you’re in charge after you enter the company. Not too difficult if you know your basics and have a strong foundation. No weird test of morals whatsoever.

The interview was split into two parts - soft skill Talk and accounting knowledge session. The interview itself was lead in two languages: soft skills were in local language (polish), the accounting part in foreign (english).
