Applied online and submitted resumé. Scheduled online testing. Passed a multitasking and typing test. Scheduled phone interview. Lasted about 30 minutes and was given a contingent job offer. Background check and drug screening took a couple weeks. Got a call letting me know everything checked out and that I could give notice at my current job.

Straightforward. Apply Online > pre-employment assement>virtual interview with self recorded questions > if selected, approximately two weeks later you get an email request for follow up interview> follow up interview goes through any additional questions, role details, and confirms interest, then possible job offer.

Simple questions. State Farm uses the star method. Interview was through a video which took off a lot of pressure and nerves. You’re able to re record questions only 2 times.
