The interview process was very simple while i was going through the process. It is a one-call interview. Just make sure you have a insurance license. They will hire mostly anyone. The sale is hard because the insurance is way to high.
The furst interview with them was on phone for about 15 minutes then you fill out a sms questionnaire that takes about an hour or so. I'm hoping to get into om the second round of interviews

This interview process was almost comical, first I attempted a virtual interview through Jarvi and had tons of technical difficulties. Then someone reached out to schedule a zoom meeting a couple days later. I joined the zoom meeting to find out this zoom link was for an Allstate interview. Maybe it was Zoom’s fault and not State Farm, but just had to laugh this one off.

In person interview with the owner. Discuss potential benefits and duties. Very helpful information shared. It takes about 30-45 mins to complete the interview. The location varies. License required and might reimburse your license.
