Fairly simple but kind of long based on waves. Definitely helps your way of thinking compared to other interviews from other companies. Company knows what they are doing. Good job Statefarm.

Entrevista
Completed video interview and about a month later had a phone call and discuss background, job expectations and asked generic questions such as "can you work in a quiet area". Once done sent a rejection email about 5 mins later. Not sure what they was looking for.
Online assessment and video interview-not hard, but can be intimidating if you don’t have a lot of experience with technology. Pretty straightforward though and easy to get through. They keep you informed throughout the process
