Initially a phone interview of about 20 minutes with standard questions. Tell me about a time when..., that was followed with an online assessment, and then an in person interview. This was surprisingly very quick, I think maybe 15 minutes. They called a few days later with an offer. The whole process took maybe 3 weeks.

Group interview - unprofessional in my opinion and very impersonal when the job required you to sit in a cubicle alone on the phone for 7/8 hours. The interview did not explain that every minute of your day would be accounted for and managed

Everything was done via internet and phone. Many people don't get past the online assessment. I recommend that when you're taking that, be in a quiet area so you can focus completely.
