This was for a "receptionist" job with no description that you would be required to have a license, as I was told that anyone that answers the phone must have an answer for the client. I was told this towards the end of the interview. Due to the limited information, some of the interview questions were valid and understandable while others, in my opinion, were quite odd and were not job or work ethic oriented, so I was not prepared for the questions I was asked. I received an email for a phone interview and I accepted, then they immediately responded and asked me to come in the next day for an in person interview instead. At the end of the interview, I was told there were 4 other candidates to interview and they would reach out to me by the next week. It has now been one month and I have not received any communication from them since. I understand that the interview did not go as well as expected, and I left quite embarrassed, but an email or phone call letting me know that they chose another candidate would have given me a little more respect for the company.

Some of the questions asked were: (In no particular order) 1. What do you know about the company 2. Why do you want to work here 3. Where do you see yourself in a few years from now 4. What is your ideal career setting 5. Difficult situation at previous job and how you handled it 6. Favorite manager and why 7. What do you like to do in your free time 8. Asked about last vacation, why, where, what kind of hotel, etc 9. Asked when I was invited somewhere where I knew no one and how I handled it 10. Asked why I went through a temp agency with my last job instead of the company. 11. I don't remember the question, but ended up being asked why there were trials in my life and how it effected me, which led to being asked how a stressful personal situation caused the trials of less income due to less work from the stress.
It was very simple interview process with a couple of basic questions probably around 5 different questions all via phone call that I got to schedule a time slot for.

I was quickly contacted by a contacted by a recruiter after applying. The interview wasn't central time, so it was at 7 a.m. The recruiter asked if I was bilingual..after completing the application, I would think they would review the information. Anyway as quick as our conversation was, I received a rejection letter, I believe on the same day.

Short and to the point. Told the hiring manager about my past experience and how they apply to the role. Was asked about my experience with salesforce and Office 365.
