Entrevista
It was a good introduction, the office was clean and organized. Leading into the intro question to closing questions were all about sales experiences. Making sure that you understand the full grasp of what the job will intel so there is no surprises, later on if you accept the job.

It was long and manipulative. Employer was not upfront regarding required certifications and out of pocket cost for obtaining. Regarding compensation - this was shady and not clear until I asked for something in writing.

The usual employment paperwork which takes about 15 to 20 minutes to complete, make sure to bring a resume, your license and social security card. Interview itself was pretty casual, started off with a little chit chat. I met with Joe, and all the interviews start with him and then he may have you sit with one of the existing employees (this is a good sign). Interview can range from 15-20 minutes to over an hour. Questions are typically from an interview printout and they are designed to make you think about the answer and not just yes and no type of questions. He will always ask what you know about the insurance business and/or sales so you need to have an answer.
