Me postulé a través de una facultad o universidad. El proceso tomó 1 semana. Acudí a una entrevista en State Farm (Bloomington, IL) en sep 2010
Entrevista
Met at a career fair on campus. A couple of days later they scheduled an on campus interview. The interview consisted almost entirely of behavioral questions. The only technical questions were "how good are you at x" and they gave you a scale from 1 to 3. I feel like this didn't give them a very good idea of what I had to offer.
About a week after that I got an email saying I was no longer being considered for the position (which is better than just not contacting you).

Pregunta 1
Do you know Java? Do you know C? Etc, ad nauseam (scale of 1 to 3)
