I applied via online within five days I was contacted to complete an assessment. I received the email for the assessment and completed it. The assessment consist of typing, data entry and personality questions. After the completion of the assessment I was contacted approximately 4 days later to schedule an interview. The interview was conducted via phone, the recruiter and I was on the phone for 1 hour. Afterwards, the recruiter stated that I was hired and the offer for the position was contingency base on the background check. Now i am just waiting for the background check to be complete before training.
