This is by far the most cumbersome and time consuming interview process I've ever been involved with. I applied online, received an email to take an online asessment, which tested typing skills, simulated customer interaction and basic knowledge. Two days after taking the online test I was scheduled to speak to a recruiter for a phone interview. The phone interview went great, the recruiter asked a few situation based questions and informed me if I was chosen to move on, I'd get a call within a week. I got a call the next day to schedule an in person meeting on the State Farm campus, two weeks out. During the face-to-face interview I met with three individuals who each took turns asking questions and took notes while I answered. I thought the interview went extremely well. I was told that I would hear something in a week and half. A month goes by, and I shoot the recruiter a pleasant email inquiring about the status of the hiring process. The next day I got an automated email saying I had not been selected for the position.
