Process took 8 days total from the time I applied through indeed to the day i interviewed in person. The interview was meant to last 45 minutes to 1 hour, but mine ended up taking 2 hours. I interviewed with the owner of the office and he was a very kind and friendly man. Made it feel a little bit more like a conversation, vs interview. I came in with 0 sales experience but he liked me so much he was willing to take a risk in hiring me and offered me the position. He told me he also sees teachability and leadership in me and eventually (after certification and proving myself of course) is willing to talk about a possible Office Management position for me. Not sure if this is something everyone is told but it made me feel more confident in myself. Was not a hard interview at all. There were only 2-3 questions I had to pause for before answering. The rest was me selling myself with what little experience I do have. Personality goes a long way. Be genuine but make sure to stay professional. I made him chuckle 1 or 2 times. Received the welcome email an hour or two after the interview.
Currently waiting for him to send me the background check stuff.
