Applied online, got a call 2 months later to get a phone interview (20 minutes) with a recruiter. I had to rate my skills with various computer programs and answer a few open-ended questions. One was "describe a time when you went the extra mile at work" or something similar.

Entrevista
4 hour interview. Could be in-person or virtual. They asked both behavior and technical questions. They all seem like very chill people. I answered all technical questions correctly and stayed engaged in the interviews the whole time. But I guess they don't really like me.
It was an online application, Virtual Interview, and then a call with a talent worker, and then 3.5 hour interview via teams with many different employees. They did technical and behavioral aspects.
