I applied online, then got an email to do the skills test etc. after I got an email saying I was successful, I was then given a phone interview , at the end of which the interviewer said they would rate me a competent, she said someone would call me to set up the one on one interview, a week later I someone called and the interview was setup, got to the interview site 10 minutes before the interview, someone came in exactly at my interview time called me in, she was nice and friendly, got to the room where there was 1 other person, we went through the interview questions which were mainly situation based, at the end they asked if I had any questions etc. they said they would call me back in 2 weeks to let me know, and if I did not hear from them to give the recruiter a call, it has been one week so I am still waiting...hoping I do get an offer. The ppl who interviewed me seemed very relaxed and the interview itself felt more like a chat over coffee.
