After submitting my on-line expression of interest for the role. I was contacted by email asking if I wanted to move forward in the interview process. An affirmative response led to an additional email providing instructions of the next steps as well as how to access the testing via the web-portal access. Several days later, I was contacted for an onsite interview.

It seems to be a very low base pay leading to sales. This was not something I am interested in for my career. I have had several interviews with state farm but very few offered benefits needed for my family.
Easy phone interview. Asked basic questions for the initial interview, was very fast and easy. Hear back in 48 hours. Was asked why I wanted the job, and how comfortable on a scale of 1-10 how comforatabke I was with sales
