2 rounds, one with hiring manager and one with direct supervisor through fellowship program. relatively straightforward over course of 2 weeks. with my direct supervisor the interview was pretty informal. standard behavioral for interview with HR.

I sent an email to a person looking to hire an intern for his office. Went into an interview. They laughed at me for wearing suit. The office is super casual. It was basically a get to know you conversation, very informal. Nice people, but KNOW YOUR TV. Be able to discuss the industry at length.

The interview process for the internship program is first a 10 minute phone interview with a recruiter. The next step is another phone interview with a supervisor of the department you are applying to work for. It is really important to just let your personality shine. The recruiters appreciate a vibrant, unique, and creative personality.

Really basic, get to know you type of questions. Where do you see yourself in 5 years? Why do you want to work in the entertainment industry? Why did you pick your major? The second round of interviews will be more job related questions. Ex: How comfortable are you using excel?
