I applied online and then got an email inviting me to a hiring event. The application involved a questionnaire (simple math and reasoning stuff) followed by a call center simulation that was somewhat difficult. At the hiring event I completed four more tests in typing, grammar/comprehension, sales aptitude, and so on. After that I had two interviews, one with a recruiting manager and the second with the supervisor at the department I'd be working in, at which I was hired. The process in total was 2 days.
