There are two steps to get to Startek. First was overall personal interview. (Such as self introduction, my current work, able to relocate in Malaysia). Second thins is role-playing. Based on my experience when making a phone call to call center, I did my best to make the customer to calm down.

The interview process was smooth and job offer was given within the same day. The Recruiters who interviewed me were nice and very professional. They kept me updated with the step by step process. My waiting time is not that bad.
