One of the worst interview process of any company. All interviews were conducted over the phone. Had a total of 4 separate interviews over the course of two weeks. It felt like it would never stop. If they needed this many people to talk to me they should have just flown me out to meet them.

Most of the interview was pretty generic. However, they started asking lots of technical questions about various types of risk and what their exposures were.

I had to do four interviews before being offered the position (HR, my manager, unit manager and regional manager). Some were phone interviews. Very nice managers in the Commercial Casualty unit.

Entrevista
The interview process was way too long. Many people including the CEO have to approve each and every new hire. This system seems to add unnecessary time to the new hire process. While you wait for this process to happen the HP person you are dealing with may not be there anymore by the time you get the offer. This company is too big to have this type of process.. The people responsible to answering benefits questions were very helpful but there is a definite disconnect with IT in terms of getting your equipment on your 1st day of work.
