Approached by 3rd party recruiter with whom I had 2 calls before talking to a Stark non-technical C-Level executive. After going over my background he abruptly ended the interview stating that I didn't have the background they were looking for, a specific background that nobody had mentioned before now. The entire conversation was 10 minutes. Not sure if I didn't use the buzzwords he was looking for or if they're poorly communicating what it is they actually want to recruiters. If he had bothered to read my resume he would have seen that I didn't have that background and could have saved us both some time. The only good thing I can say about the experience is that at least it was brief.
