Communication process is easy going. Was referred by a friend. Got contacted by recruiter very soon. Initial screening interview is a breeze. Nice to see that company cares about hiring adequate people. After the screening interview with the recruiter there were 2 more interviews. 1st one was with two engineers, around 1 hour. Lots of technical questions and quiz tasks. 2nd one was with seniors/managers. Were discussing experience, architectural approaches, "how would you go about" type of tasks. Interviews are starting with the simple questions and moving towards more complex. Later on there was an interview with the customer via Skype, but that was quite easy one comparing to precious two.
