Entrevista
I applied online, filled out the unicru personality test and was called for an interview about a week later. I interviewed with one of the store managers and the Copy Center Sales Expert. I went in with a positive attitude and focused on selling my strong work ethics and focus on quality customer relations. The interview ended with a very simple print quality test, requiring that I locate the faults in a xerox run of a birthday card. There were misspellings, toner spots and lines. I also recommended suggesting a new design to the customer, since the layout and design could be better.
Both interviewers were male, and both interacted with me as both real human beings and professionals. They offered me the job on the spot. The most important thing they were looking for was weekend availability, followed by outgoing personality and ethics.

My interview happened to be on a busy day, so I had two people working with me. It was a matter of going in, saying I was there for an interview, and answering simple or basic questions.
