My connection had recommended me to apply for this position. I at first received a phone call while I was at work and was trying to speak to him as I was taking care of customers (lunch hour). By the end of the call I felt like I was being yanked around. So I put a new resume together and submitted it to the website and I received another call sais they would like to interview me as soon as possible. They wanted me to come in 2 day from the call, well due to the amount of work on my plate at that time and limited staff I declined and asked for the following week. I had taken that next friday off ahead of time for other reasons. I hurried to the interview that day and was interview by three people. The first two were simple and to the point and was a little repetitious on their questions; their questions were very relaxed. The last gentleman was very aggressive with his questions and asked ones I was not prepared for, the ones that took you a second to think about because he didn't accept simple answers. He wanted to see what my thinking process and my work habits so to say. After the interview process they asked if I had any questions for them or wondered if there were any I was expecting them to ask which I recommend a few and answered them. I gave them my portfolio and left. Within an hour they sent me an email asking for me to re-submit the online applications since the previous was unable to be located.
