Their idea of recruitment is to keep digging until they find something to disqualify the candidate - even if they have to go back 20 years to do it.
For about 90 minutes, I thought it was a positive conversation, and then I was asked point blank what was missing from my resume. What was missing, you ask? A part time job at a video store when I was 18, and a paper route. Something to hide, they say.
I was 37 at the time, for the record.

Interview, then wait for three days to see if you are selected to talk to the district manager, then pass that and someone will talk to you about salary and job offer.
Simple wanting to know your knowledge of retail and people management. Asked about how you would drive sales. Asked about different knowledge of technology background. Asked about developing the business model for the copy center

The interview process was 3 steps. It was with the general manager and 2 other higher ups. They were all nice people and asked fair questions. I got good vibes from them all and they were easy to have a conversation with.
