Lengthy interview process for the role of B2B Sales. There were multiple interviews drawn out over several weeks - six to eight, I believe. It was daunting as you had to wait days and weeks before finding out next steps. It seems as if the hiring process is much lengthier than similar roles at similar companies. I referred a few former colleagues of mine and they were surprised by the same lengthy process.
