The first interview was by phone and it was a pleasant experience. I interviewed with a recruiter. The second interview was with the assistant manager and we dicussed my previous positions. The third interview was with the district managet and included a job offed.

The most diificult question for me is always why I want to work for this employer
The interview for the customer support position at Staples was straightforward and professional. The interviewer asked about my customer service experience and how I handle difficult customers and multitasking. It was conversational and focused on real customer support scenarios.

How would you handle an upset or frustrated customer?
It is quite difficult to get in the job. Solid experiences are required. More asking on enterprise-level tasks, and heavy daily duty required. I do recommend to try this positon if available,
Very fair process. They ask routine questions and have a multi step interview process. Everyone is met with was awesome. Definitely need to show up prepared and ask engaging questions
