In reality, it wasn't too different from what I imagined it to be. They ask you a series of problem solving and customer relations questions to see how good you would do in a retail environment. More often then not, they are simply going through a guide of questions to rank you as far as profitability and competence. The interview for this position wasn't hard, and, if you simply come in and ask, and you are dressed professionally and presentably, you are probably going to get this job.

Some of the more difficult questions are found in the pragmatic cases, for example, asking you what you would do should a certain customer ask you a question or complains, or determining your selling skills through asking what products might be linked to others.
Form application and general interview to assess your motivation. Met with two of 3 managers. Was informed immediately after the interview and introduced to coworkers. Onboarding was quick. Scheduling was simply done.

The interview process was a breeze. Started my job within the first two or three weeks after interviewing. Had to fill out application interview and thats it. Would recommend to anyone looking for easy money

The process was a standardized interview with a brief self-introduction about the candidate. Followed by the detailed description of the role by the store's general manager. The key objective was to select a candidate suitable for the role, especially someone who does not panic under pressure.
