i applied online in may 2012 and was called in june 2012 , they took a month to call and gave me interview later that week. waited 30 mins then got pulled into their office and was interviewed by 2 people. interview lasted another 30 minutes. was a fairly average interview

explain a time you had to sell an item and the techniques to selling an item
Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
