Basic questions were asked like tell me about yourself, what are your strengths, past work experience, etc. Got a call the same evening with the job offer and I accepted it.

I had to re-apply for the Temporary Sales Associate Position since Staples are looking for workers during the summer to help out for Back To School season, but other than that, I filled out online forms at home then went in for training a week later. I dressed up in business casual attire and brought my resume. The interview itself was very casual, and it was with the General Manager. He asked me simple questions such as "Why do you want to work at Staples?", "What did you do at your previous job?" (asking about my work experience), "What's your availability?", etc.
