Twelve rounds with a required dance number and an audience-provided question and answer period. Spelling test provided at the end of the process to final round candidates if successful at interview.

I applied online, and got a call one week later for an interview. When I went in for the first interview with the store manager, it went very well. I was asked about 10 simple and short questions, and played a scenario with a customer. I got a call two days later asking for a second interview. The second interview was over the phone, and was basically the same questions as the in-person interview, but this time it was with the general manager. I got another call the day after with an offer.
Easy , straightforward , conversational . Didn’t ask any questions out of the ordinary. Asked about cashier process and systems, methodology etc. Met with a few ppl at different levels
