One interview with lead manager, was very quick - approx 10 min. They just asked about prior experience and why you wanted to work there. After answering, they hired on the spot.

They wanted to know if able to have good customer service and able to provide the best service. So, wanted to get to know my personality. They asked questions such as why I wanted to work there, and where I see myself in 5 years.

Another question they asked is how well I handled a complaint.
It was a quick interview with the store's General Manager. I ended up having to wait while a background and reference check was performed. Otherwise it was a smooth and easy process. The General Manager was very nice and professional, and was able to answer all my questions.
