The people who interviewed me were pleasant and very thorough in their questions; it was a long interview, longer than most other interviews I've had. I did feel that there was a slight not seeing the wood for the trees element to the interview; while one of the interviewers seemed open to someone with transferrable skills, the other was more interested in identifying how my experience didn't match every point in the job description. After the interview, I didn't hear anything for over two weeks.
