Very fair. They first wanted to learn who you are as a person, then make sure you had the appropriate skills. Don't need to but for the final and more technical interview I recommend bringing previous work, it makes explaining what you've done in the past that much easier. The current office dynamic is perfect, so they care a lot about making sure that you are a person that can work well with the team first.
Phone screening. Lady was nice, just verified my experience but never reached back out. It took a long time to hear back from them and I had already accepted another job
