Applied online, I was invited to an in person interview through email. Was told that I would have to wait around 3 weeks for a response. A month later, I emailed HR to ask for an update, HR did not respond. Gives a bad image as they should at least let you know that I was unsuccessful rather that silence. Quite unprofessional.
