I truly appreciated the personal and welcoming nature of the interview process for the Library Specialist position at Stanford University. From the moment I arrived, I felt like I was treated as more than just a candidate. I had the opportunity to meet with several members of the team at various levels, which gave me a well-rounded sense of the collaborative and supportive work environment at the library. The tour of the building was a particularly thoughtful touch, allowing me to see firsthand the space and resources I would be working with. Throughout the day, I was especially impressed by Breana Ramirez from the HR department. She was incredibly warm and thorough, answering all of my questions and ensuring that I felt comfortable and informed throughout the process.
