After recruiter picked my profile and reached out to me and after 2 interviews with director and manager on separate days , during third interview- I was told that “I am doing something very different from what they do” by a team member. what changed within 2 days? They need better screening process. If you need a team member to evaluate- let the team member conduct the first interview. I have never seen a Panel interview with 7 interviewers with 1 interviewee. I was given no idea about what I will be asked nor that I will be interviewed by 7 people at the same time in one hour. Interviewers were condescending. It was insane- a mix of technical, behavioral and random questions with preconceived notion about what I am capable of instead of asking pointed questions/assignments or test to evaluate. For Second interview - no one showed up for 30 mins with no response. Interviewer was/seemed unprepared and told me that he had no idea about the interview. overall process was not professional and caused me frustration and wasted my time.
