Entrevista
It was a very low stress process, however this is very specific to the area of the school I work in (and those I now work under). There was pressure on their end to hire someone and the process was quick. I had a short phone interview that led to an in person interview, 1:1 with 2 separate supervisors. It was a casual discussion about abilities, interests, and needs.

Entrevista
Center of Longevity.
1st Round. General Coffee chat
2nd Round. Interview with my past experiences and community skills
3rd Round. They gave me a small assignment and rejected me after this (they told me that I was selected 10 ppl)
Had an interview with a professor and it was smooth and friendly. He was very kind and we had talked about the research. I thought it went well and the questions about the research were not that strict.

1 hour about past experiences. Asked about past projects. Checked if I was a good fit and talked about random stuff and then what I am interested in. Talked about the structure of the research group
