Disappointing experience overall to a once highly anticipated opportunity. Per the other interview experiences on here, the communication during the interview process was unnecessarily dragged out. I had to reach out the coordinating Executive Assistant several times to get an answer on who I would be interviewing with. When I finally interviewed, the team iterated how busy they were and needed this position filled asap. Meanwhile the soonest next step interview was two weeks out and I was sent the same blank invite, going in circles trying to find out who I would be interviewing with and never getting a response. Ultimately, I decided to withdraw. not what I expected coming from a place like Stanford.
